1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nexettel, a mobile application operated by Vendoprime e.U. (Forsthausgasse 10/D1, 1200 Vienna, Austria — "we", "us", or "the Company").
By creating an account or using Nexettel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Nexettel provides AI-assisted guidance for expats navigating Austrian bureaucratic processes. The app is currently available free of charge.
Premium subscription features may be introduced in future updates. Additional terms regarding payment, pricing, and the EU 14-day withdrawal right will be presented and agreed to separately at the time of any purchase.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Nexettel only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the app
- Use the app to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
- Misrepresent your identity when creating an account
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Vendoprime e.U. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.
You must notify us immediately at Vendoprime19@gmail.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. AI-Generated Content
The NexBot AI assistant is powered by Google Gemini, a General Purpose AI (GPAI) system. Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
Nexettel does not constitute legal, tax, or immigration advice. Always verify information with official Austrian government sources before taking any action. You use AI-generated guidance at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks within Nexettel are the property of Vendoprime e.U. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The name "Nexettel" and associated logos are trademarks of Vendoprime e.U.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, Vendoprime e.U. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Nexettel.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).
8. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Profile > Delete Account. All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice where necessary.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The current version and effective date are always shown at the top of this screen.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Austrian law (ABGB — Allgemeines Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence, which these Terms do not override.
