Nexettel ("we", "our", "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Nexettel is a premium digital concierge brand operated by Vendoprime e.U., a registered Austrian sole trader (Einzelunternehmen) based in Vienna, Austria.
Data We Collect
MVP Phase (current): No personal data is stored on our servers. Step progress, language preference, and onboarding status are stored locally on your device using secure local storage (SharedPreferences) only.
Firebase Authentication: If you choose to create an account, we store your email address and display name via Google Firebase. Firebase is fully GDPR-compliant and retains user data exclusively within EU data centres.
How We Use Your Data
We treat your data with the highest degree of confidentiality:
- To seamlessly display your progress across active app sessions
- To persist your selected language preferences
- To authorize securely via email credentials or Google Sign-In
- We never sell, rent, or lease your data with external third parties
- We strictly never use your data for advertisement or tracking
NexBot AI Chat
Your interactive chat queries are passed securely to Google Gemini AI for contextual processing. Messages are not permanently stored by Nexettel.
Please review Google's AI data utilization terms at ai.google.dev. For your security, do not share highly sensitive personal credentials (such as passport numbers or financial details) within the chat console.
Your Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you hold the following rights:
- Right of access to the personal data we manage
- Right to correct and update inaccurate details
- Right to erase your account and all associated cloud data (Article 17)
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to data processing activities

Data Retention
On-device data: Retained locally until you uninstall the Nexettel application or manually clear its app storage cache.
Firebase sync data: Retained until you request account erasure via Profile > Settings > Delete Account. All cloud records are permanently purged from active systems within 30 days of request, fully in line with GDPR Article 17.
Third-Party Services
To deliver a premium digital settlement experience, Nexettel interfaces with the following specialized providers:
- Google Firebase (Secure Cloud Auth & optional profile synchronization)
- Google Gemini AI (NexBot real-time conversational processing)
- Google Play Store & Apple App Store (Application licensing & secure distribution)
Each external provider operates under its respective privacy terms. Data transfer is strictly limited to operations vital for providing the app's services.
Children's Privacy
Nexettel is designed for expat and student audiences and is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not intentionally harvest data from children. If you believe a minor has registered an account, contact us at Vendoprime19@gmail.com for prompt removal.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy periodically to reflect operational changes. Significant revisions will be highlighted with a dedicated message inside the app. Continued usage after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
